Quality Policy
Each and every employee will work to increase brand awareness, produce appealing products, achieve a high level of plant reliability and deliver safe and secure products and services to our customers.
In addition, all employees will engage in quality assurance activities under the motto of "Kizuki" (Awareness) and strive to make continuous improvements in the quality management system.
Quality Control Initiatives
In January 11, 1997, DMW's R&D department, machinery design departments, manufacturing departments, quality assurance department and some sales departments obtained ISO 9001 certification for pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, valves and their accessories, and piping. Subsequently, with the expansion of our product range (Motor for submersible pump) the installation group obtained this certification in June 1998. Additional certification was obtained by all sales divisions including branches and sales offices by December 2001. This has led to a corporate-wide quality assurance system to cover our entire product lineup.
