Production Engineering

Our production department processes various materials to meet the requests of customers and produces satisfying products that meet our customer's needs and earn their trust.

From order taking and design to production and shipping, our manufacturing processes are seamlessly and totally controlled under a production control system. It oversees fabrication, machining, assembly, performance/functional testing, coating, and shipping processes to ensure that the finished products are of the highest quality.

For the fabrication process, we have introduced state-of-the-art welding equipment as we handle more structures fabricated from welded steel plates made of super two-phase stainless steel and other specialty steels that are expected to become mainstream. Three-axis positioners and welding robots are helping us shorten welding time and produce high quality products.

To enhance our machining capacity, we operate multiple large machine tools, and two-shift operations are occasionally implemented to meet short delivery times.

Precise performance/functional testing of products is performed with computer-assisted automatic performance measuring devices and other pieces of the latest equipment to ensure that only safe and high quality products are shipped.

      Power receiving equipment

      Our power receiving capacity is 7,500 kVA. Operation of electric motors of about 3,700 kW maximum is possible.
      This facility is equipped with a frequency converting system and capable of performing tests at frequencies of either 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
